Elegant Knitting international Pvt Ltd at Biyagama is a leading apparel manufacturer with a global presence. We are seeking a highly motivated Q/A Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our strategies to ensure the products meet the highest quality standards. We are looking for an experienced Q/A Executive who can maintain and develop our existing quality standards to meet international customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce quality control processes at every stage of garment production
- Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards
- Identify defects and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with production teams
- Conduct quality audits and prepare detailed reports on findings
- Maintain documentation for quality standards, processes, and improvement initiatives
- Train and guide production staff on quality standards and protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile/Apparel Manufacturing or related field
- Minimum 05 years of experience in quality control/assurance within apparel manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, inspection techniques, and quality standards (e.g., AQL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with quality management systems
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
