Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program designed to develop leadership and management skills
- Rotate through various departments, learning about the different functions and responsibilities of each
- Work on real projects and initiatives, applying what you have learned to make a meaningful contribution to the organization
- Build relationships and network with key stakeholders across the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility
