As a Trainee Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization while gaining hands-on experience in managing and supervising daily operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily operations within the apparel production facility.
Learn and understand the production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Monitor and guide the work of production line staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
dentify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Assist in training and mentoring new employees to ensure their successful integration into the tea
Requirements
Significant sewing experience as A or Jumper level.
A passion for the apparel industry and a desire to pursue a career in supervision
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications.
Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production requirements.
